Use the feedback form for incorrect or outdated information, missing context, a broken link, an accessibility problem, a source suggestion or a feature request.

Please do not include private or sensitive information that is not needed to resolve the issue.

For candidates, public officials and organizations

If something attributed to you is inaccurate, identify the exact page and wording and provide the strongest available source. A direct statement can establish your stated position; an official record is preferable when the dispute concerns a vote, filing, decision, funding item or other checkable event.

Correction and removal requests are reviewed using the same accuracy, sourcing, public-interest, privacy and fairness standards. A request alone does not guarantee removal.

What Burlington News covers

The site can include Burlington civic news, City Hall decisions, development, transit, taxes, elections, candidate information, explainers and local puzzles. The 2026 Election Guide remains a major section, but it is no longer the only purpose of the site.

Accessibility

The site is intended to work with keyboard navigation, browser zoom, screen readers and reduced-motion settings. It includes a skip link, visible keyboard focus, semantic headings and navigation, and a light/dark appearance control.

If a page, comparison, quiz, form or source link is difficult to use with assistive technology, report the page and what happened. Accessibility problems are treated as bugs.

How the site is built

Official records, candidate statements, reputable reporting and public discussion are kept distinct. Automated monitoring can surface possible Burlington updates, but it does not create endorsements or convert social-media sentiment into a political score.
