Size: About 8,800 homes on 49 hectares. An entertainment node can include an arena.
Status: Approved July 2026. Holding provisions still apply.
Next: Those holding provisions have to be cleared, and more applications filed, before construction.

Size: About 2,713 units in buildings 30 to 48 storeys
Status: Provincial proposal. The City’s technical review is not finished.
Next: Traffic, servicing, and how it fits the station-area plan still have to be reviewed.

Size: About 55,000 sq. ft. The City calls it a general-purpose data centre.
Status: Active City file. The City has not described it as an AI hyperscale campus.

Status: Station-area plans are in place. Individual sites still need their own applications.
